Look packs and purchase questions
Portraits use the 1K resolution setting with a 2:3 portrait aspect ratio. All three packs use the same output settings; a larger pack gives you more looks, not a higher resolution.
Eligible new accounts can create 1 free look after signing in with Google. No card is needed for the free look.
Starter includes 5 looks. Party includes 15 looks. Haunted House includes 80 looks. Each completed look is a digital portrait you can open and download from your library.
No. Look packs are one-time purchases with no recurring subscription charge.
No. Unused looks in your purchased pack do not expire, so you can save them for another occasion.
The look used for a failed generation is returned to your balance. If the return is still pending, check the generation status before trying again.
Purchases are generally non-refundable, including for unused looks or dissatisfaction with a completed AI portrait. Exceptions apply when an unremedied, verified technical defect or security vulnerability prevents delivery, or when required by law. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.
